A Mid Century Chest of Drawers in Teak, Danish 1960’s

A lovely mid century chest of drawers in teak by a Danish cabinetmaker in the 1960’s. A pretty design with nice attention to detail with the teak shaped draw handles this piece has a beautiful deep rich colour and patina which is naturally built up over the years.
We have sympathetically restored this piece. although it needed some cleaning and polishing we were careful to retain its original character and patina which gives this piece its charm. We removed the old dirty and damaged finish and oiled, lightly French polished and waxed to bring out the rich colours of the wood and to protect for years to come.
A beautiful piece of danish design in an excellent original condition, the perfect mid century accompaniment for any interior.
