A Mid Century Dining Chairs Set of Six in Velvet, Italian 1950’s

A beautiful set of six Italian mid century dining chairs from the 1950’s. Two bow back splats on tapering uprights above a newly upholstered green velvet seat with stud work detailing. resting on thin tapering legs. All in an excellent original condition.
The chairs have a beautiful rich colour and patina to them, professionally french polished to highlight this. The rich reds and and dark browns are complemented perfectly by the expensive dark green velvet which has been upholstered in the traditional way, reusing the original upholstery studs with engraved decoration.
